Junior Media Buyer – Freedom Closers (High Ticket Partnerships)
Overview:
Freedom Closers partners with elite entrepreneurs and businesses offering high-ticket coaching, programs, and services. We’re seeking a driven and analytical Junior Media Buyer to support our marketing team in managing, optimizing, and scaling paid ad campaigns that fill our clients’ sales pipelines with qualified leads.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Analyze key metrics (CPM, CPC, CPL, CTR, CPA, ROAS) to identify trends and optimize ad performance.
- Conduct audience and creative testing to discover new winning angles and lower acquisition costs.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and data teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals and lead quality standards.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and present actionable insights to senior media buyers and leadership.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, algorithm updates, and advertising best practices.
Ideal Candidate:
- 1–2 years of experience managing or assisting with paid social or PPC campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads preferred).
- Strong understanding of ad metrics, analytics, and optimization principles.
- Proficiency with tools like Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and tracking software (Hyros, Wicked Reports, or GoHighLevel a plus).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a hunger to test, learn, and improve daily.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
- Experience in the high-ticket or info-product space (coaching, consulting, or online education) is a major advantage.
Compensation:
Base pay or retainer with performance-based bonuses tied to lead quality, cost per acquisition, and campaign ROI. Growth opportunities into Media Buyer or Marketing Strategist roles for top performers.
