Sales Data Analyst – Freedom Closers (High Ticket Partnerships)
Overview:
Freedom Closers partners with top-performing entrepreneurs and businesses offering high-ticket coaching, programs, and services. We’re seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Data Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive growth, efficiency, and profitability across our sales operations. This role is perfect for someone who loves numbers, performance tracking, and turning data into strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data across multiple sales channels (setters, closers, offers, and client accounts).
- Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs such as lead flow, conversion rates, revenue per closer, and ROI per campaign.
- Identify trends, patterns, and bottlenecks in the sales process to optimize performance and maximize revenue.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting to leadership and account managers with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to align data insights with business strategy.
- Ensure data integrity across CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Support leadership with forecasting, performance projections, and strategy recommendations based on data models.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis (preferably within online or high-ticket industries).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or data visualization platforms (e.g., Data Studio, Tableau).
- Experience managing CRM data (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Close.io preferred).
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable interpreting complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills — able to present insights clearly and persuasively to non-technical audiences.
- Passionate about performance optimization, sales systems, and continuous improvement.
Compensation:
Base pay or retainer with performance bonuses tied to sales growth, data accuracy, and efficiency improvements. Opportunities for advancement into Data Strategy or Revenue Operations leadership roles.
