Sales Coordinator – Freedom Closers (High Ticket Partnerships)
Overview:
Freedom Closers partners with top-tier entrepreneurs and businesses offering high-ticket programs, services, and coaching. We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our sales team — ensuring that communication, lead flow, and performance tracking all run smoothly from lead generation to deal close.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate communication between Appointment Setters, Closers, and Offer Partners to ensure smooth lead flow and timely follow-up.
- Manage CRM systems, organize data, and maintain accurate reporting on KPIs, conversions, and pipeline performance.
- Monitor sales dashboards, track team performance, and prepare daily or weekly reports.
- Assist in onboarding new sales team members, including setup, training materials, and workflow integration.
- Oversee scheduling, call audits, and client pipeline organization.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and proactively suggest improvements.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong background in sales operations, coordination, or admin support within fast-paced, commission-driven environments.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Close.io).
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and thrives in a high-performance culture.
- Works well independently while maintaining strong team collaboration.
Compensation:
Base pay or retainer plus performance-based bonuses tied to team success. Opportunities for growth into Sales Manager or Operations Director roles for top performers.
