Account Manager – Freedom Closers (High Ticket Partnerships)
Overview:
Freedom Closers partners with top-performing entrepreneurs, coaches, and businesses offering high-ticket products and programs. We’re looking for a client-focused Account Manager to oversee and nurture relationships with our offer partners and sales team, ensuring seamless delivery, performance alignment, and long-term success across multiple high-ticket campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between offer partners, setters, and closers.
- Oversee client accounts to ensure KPIs, conversion rates, and fulfillment goals are being met.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review performance, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to optimize systems and improve results.
- Track performance data across campaigns, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and present insights to leadership.
- Assist in refining sales scripts, workflows, and communication systems for efficiency and scalability.
- Maintain exceptional communication and professionalism, representing the Freedom Closers brand with excellence.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in account management, client success, or sales leadership — ideally within high-ticket industries (coaching, consulting, agencies, or online education).
- Exceptional communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, CRMs, and performance tracking tools.
- Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented with a focus on results.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Compensation:
Base pay or retainer with performance bonuses tied to client retention, sales growth, and account performance. Opportunities for advancement into Director of Accounts or Sales Operations leadership roles.
