Systems Integrator – Freedom Closers (High Ticket Partnerships)
Overview:
Freedom Closers partners with elite entrepreneurs and businesses offering high-ticket programs, services, and coaching. We’re seeking a Systems Integrator — a tech-savvy, process-driven professional who can bridge strategy and execution by building seamless automation systems, optimizing workflows, and ensuring every part of the sales and marketing infrastructure operates in sync.
This is the ideal role for someone who loves connecting tools, solving operational challenges, and scaling systems that drive performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Build, integrate, and optimize sales and marketing automation systems across CRM platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ClickFunnels, Zapier, Slack, and Google Workspace).
- Map out and streamline client onboarding, lead flow, and follow-up automations for setters and closers.
- Maintain and troubleshoot automations, ensuring real-time accuracy and functionality.
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and data teams to improve performance tracking and reporting systems.
- Implement custom automations for lead nurturing, deal management, and pipeline updates.
- Audit and document systems regularly to ensure scalability and performance.
- Manage connections between form submissions, scheduling apps (like Calendly), and CRMs to ensure no lead is lost.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Systems Integrator, Automation Specialist, or CRM Manager in an online business or sales organization.
- Advanced proficiency in GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make (Integromat), HubSpot, or related automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and systems-thinking skills — able to simplify complex processes into clean, scalable workflows.
- Comfortable working independently, with minimal supervision, in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong documentation habits and attention to detail.
- Experience supporting high-ticket coaching, consulting, or agency offers is a major plus.
Compensation:
Base pay or retainer plus performance-based bonuses tied to system uptime, automation efficiency, and overall sales process improvement. Potential for advancement into Operations Architect or Tech Director roles.
