Executive Assistant – Freedom Closers (High Ticket Partnerships)
Overview:
Freedom Closers partners with elite entrepreneurs and businesses offering high-ticket programs, coaching, and services. We’re seeking an Executive Assistant to support company leadership by managing operations, communication, and project execution. This role is for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and wants to play a key role in scaling a rapidly growing organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive’s daily calendar, appointments, and travel schedule to ensure optimal time management.
- Handle internal and external communication with clients, partners, and team members professionally and efficiently.
- Organize meetings, track deliverables, and ensure projects are executed on time.
- Oversee administrative systems, manage files, and maintain key operational processes.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for company meetings and partnerships.
- Anticipate needs of leadership and proactively identify solutions to support business growth.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and follow-through across all departments.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or similar role in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, ClickUp/Asana, Slack, and CRM systems.
- Self-starter who thrives on autonomy and consistently delivers results without micromanagement.
- Strong understanding of the online business, coaching, or high-ticket space is a major plus.
Compensation:
Base pay or retainer with opportunities for performance-based bonuses tied to company growth milestones and operational efficiency. Advancement potential into Operations Manager or Chief of Staff roles.
