Appointment Setter – Freedom Closers (High Ticket Partnerships)
Overview:
Freedom Closers partners with elite entrepreneurs and businesses offering high-ticket products, services, and coaching programs. We’re seeking a driven Appointment Setter to connect with qualified leads, build genuine relationships, and schedule appointments for our Closer team to convert into clients.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with warm and inbound leads through social media, email, and SMS follow-up.
- Qualify prospects based on offer criteria and ensure they’re a good fit before scheduling.
- Maintain CRM records, track pipeline activity, and manage communication touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with Closers and the marketing team to optimize conversion strategies.
- Represent the Freedom Closers brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in every interaction.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with KPIs.
- Familiarity with high-ticket coaching, consulting, or agency models is a major plus.
- Hungry for growth, coachable, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.
Compensation:
Performance-based pay with bonuses for booked and qualified appointments that convert to sales. High performers have opportunities to advance into Closer roles.
